| Lago Restaurant & Wine Bar opened its doors under the
partnership of Fabio Salerno and James Fink. The idea behind Lago was to open a casual
restaurant specializing in Northern Italian cuisine of the highest quality at an
affordable price. Lago is the first Italian restaurant located in the historic city
of Tremont. The menu at Lago is sure to please any guest. Our kitchen is dedicated to creating dishes with the freshest and finest ingredients. We will skillfully substitute ingredients that are out of season or unavailable in the Cleveland area. The result is an Italian menu with a contemporary Cleveland flare. Lago Restaurant & Wine Bar has a very extensive wine and liquor menu. Our wine list is 100 percent Italian and represents every region in Italy. We offer undiscovered bottles as well as bottles that are hard to find. Lago is committed to offering wine and liquor at a fair price to equal our cuisine. Our approach to wine will never be pretentious; we encourage a comfortable and relaxed environment to learn about wine. Lago Restaurant & Wine Bar will feature paintings from some of Tremont’s most notable artists. We will feature a new artist every month, giving the art community an opportunity to display their work in a friendly and exciting atmosphere.
